Customer Notice Regarding COVID19 (updated 3/21/20)
To All Our Customers:
Keeping in line with our Mission Statement and Core Values, the health and safety of employees, customers, communities are extremely important. We want to continue to serve you to the best of our ability while we simultaneously take action to address the necessary precautions amid this COVID19 threat. Here is how Denyon Homes is responding:
At this time, in accordance with government orders and in anticipation of continued mandates, our regular open house schedule is suspended, and we are moving forward with the following action plan.
Our team, affiliates, and trade partners are practicing regular handwashing / sanitizing. When you visit a home for a private, we are not shaking hands, but our sales team will greet you warmly with a smile and an elbow bump if you’d like. If you’re not feeling well, please stay home! Customers who show flu-like or other possible COVID19 symptoms will be instructed not to enter the property and asked to continue conversation and home-showings through digital means. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we are cleaning the high touch areas of the model homes including handles, switches and countertops each weekday.
